Shipping policy

Shipping Times: Our goal is to process and dispatch orders promptly. The processing time for each product varies; certain print products are processed within 1-2 business days, others within 3-5 days, and some within 7-14 days. Shipping times are contingent on the chosen shipping method during checkout. Please be aware that shipping durations may fluctuate based on the destination and unforeseen delays beyond our control.


Shipping Methods: We utilize third-party shipping providers, primarily Australia Post, to offer both standard and express shipping. The available shipping options depend on the destination as well as the size and weight of the order.


Shipping Costs: Costs associated with shipping vary according to the selected method, destination, and the size/weight of the order. These costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout.


Tracking: For every shipped order, we furnish tracking information. You will receive an email containing this information once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery: We dispatch products to the delivery address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and the presence of someone to receive the package. We disclaim liability for any loss or damage occurring after the package is delivered to the correct address.


Delivery Estimates: While we provide estimated delivery times based on the shipping provider's estimates, these are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may differ due to factors like weather, customs processes, and delivery location.

Lost or Delayed Packages: In the event of a lost or delayed package, we will collaborate with the shipping provider to investigate and locate the package. However, we cannot guarantee recovery or delivery.
